Well, thank you, everyone, for joining the call for Catapult's 1H FY '19 Results. My name is Adir Shiffman. I'm the Executive Chairman. I'm here with Mark Hall, who's the CFO. As you know that or aware, the CEO, Joe Powell, resigned in February. So Mark and I will be presenting this today.

So if we go to Page 1. If we -- what I want to start with you is just really making very clear some key messages that are fundamentally important to understanding Catapult as a company and they are: That Catapult is a business with subscription software at its heart; that most of the core elite revenue and most of the core elite revenue growth is now associated with subscription software; and thirdly, that we are delivering high subscription growth, high margins and low churn. And taken together, this business has the commercial characteristics of a fast-growing software company. And so I want to make that very clear at the outset. It's a good way to understand the business.
