Good morning, and welcome to the presentation of Close Brothers 2022 full year results. I'll start with some brief reflections on our full year performance. We're now transitioning to a post-pandemic world and adapting to a more flexible work environment. At the same time, our customers and colleagues are facing an uncertain set of economic circumstances.
