Turn me on, that'd be great. Thank you. So I'm Ross Smotrich, again, I think I had the last 2 presentations, the analyst here at Barclays. Thrilled to introduce CB Richard Ellis and, specifically, Leah Stearns, the Chief Financial Officer.
Leah joined CBRE in May of this year after a lengthy career at American Tower, which she's most recently served as SVP and Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. business. She was educated in Boston twice, Boston College and Boston University, and we're thrilled to have her. So Leah is going to do a quick slide presentation on the company. We'll do some audience response questions and then open it up for some Q&A.
