Good morning. I'm Lanny Martin, Chairman of the Board of Crown Castle International, and I will serve as Chair of today's meeting. The annual meeting will please come to order. It is now 1 p.m. Central Daylight Time, and the polls are open for voting by Crown Castle's validated stockholders on all proposals set forth in the proxy statement.
