Great. Thank you all for coming. It's my honor today to introduce the SVP of marketing and business development at Cadence. This is Nimish Modi. I don't know how many of you are familiar with Cadence and with the EDA space in general and Nimish will speak to it. But EDA or electronic design automation, it forms the platforms that engineers use to design the semiconductors that go into everything that we use. And the EDA space, I think, is a very interesting one. It's becoming ever more critical as the slowdown or some people would say, the death of Moore's Law creates new complexities and new constraints on design, and I think Cadence is there, it plays a key role as an enabler of these advances. I don't cover Cadence but I think some of the key controversies on the stock, I mean, include their ability to capture additional value in the supply chain as customers and, in fact, the R&D spend pools are consolidating.
