Great. Okay. Thanks, everybody, for coming. My name is Tony Paolone, and I work at JPMorgan as an equity research analyst. It's a pleasure to have the senior management team of Corporate Office Properties Trust here today.
Let's start with a quick intro of the management team, and then I'll turn it over to them to give some comments about the business and update everyone. And from there, we'll open it up to Q&A and hopefully, you all can get a lot out of this session. We have about 1/2 hour.
