Thank you very much, everybody, for joining us today on our Q1 earnings call. Again, I am Robert Kaul. I'm the Founder and CEO of Cloud DX, and it's my pleasure today to discuss our first quarter of 2022. And we have lots of good news to talk about today. It was, in fact, a record quarter.

So I'm going to cut right to the highlights today and just share with everyone that, as I mentioned just a minute ago, we are celebrating a record first quarter at Cloud DX. Revenues for the company -- recognized revenues, I should say, were up 11% versus Q1 of 2021. That's not quite the whole story, though. Because in fact, many of our contracts that we closed in Q1 of 2022 closed very close to the end of the quarter, which means that, in fact, a lot of those contracts were fulfilled in Q2.
