Hello, and welcome to the Centamin 2022 Annual General Meeting. My name is Alex, and I'll be coordinating the call today. At the end of the presentation, there will be a question-and-answer session. Please note, we will only be taking questions from the webcast side. I would now like to hand over to your host, Jim Rutherford, to begin. Over to you, Jim.
Welcome to this -- it's the 11th Annual General Meeting of Centamin plc. My name's Jim Rutherford, Non-Executive Chair of the company, and I will be chairing the meeting. As it is now 11 a.m., I will declare the meeting formally open.
To start with, let me introduce some of the members of the Board of Directors who are present with us today. Beginning from my right, Martin Horgan, our Chief Executive, who joined just over 2 years ago in 2020; and then Ross Jerrard, our Chief Financial Officer, who's now been with the company for 6 years.
