Thank you. Good morning, and thank you for dialing in this morning. Happy New Year, and I hope you are all keeping safe and well. I'm joined on this call by Rob Wood and David Lloyd-Seed. This call is to discuss our offer to buy Enlabs. As you are all aware, there are certain rules and regulation regarding takeovers, so I'm afraid I will not be making any comments regarding the situation with MGM Resorts, and we will not be taking any questions relating to this.

So we will run through a quick overview of the transaction Enlabs itself, what the opportunity and what part of Entain this will be fixed with. And Rob will take you through the full year EBITDA upgrade we have also announced today.
