Welcome to the Funding Circle First Half 2020 Results Presentation. It's been an extraordinary period for Funding Circle, but I feel really proud of the huge difference that we've been able to make to so many small businesses during this period.

We started Funding Circle 10 years ago to really help small businesses access funding from alternative sources to banks. And our online-only platform model is really delivering for them during this time of need. Our model is also benefiting from some really powerful trends. Across many industries, there has been an increase in the adoption of digital services, and we are seeing that same trend in online small business lending. We also see that interest rates are lower, and we expect them to be low and possibly even negative for a long time. This is attracting record levels of institutional funding on to our platform who are looking for yield and looking to fund small business borrowers.
