Good morning. Thank you for joining GAM's Half Year Results call today. My name is Pete Sanderson, CEO of GAM, and I'm joined today by Richard McNamara, our CFO. I'll give a brief introduction and talk about our achievements in the first half. Richard will run through the detail of the financial results. And then I'll give you an update on our strategy and outlook before opening for any questions that you might have. Overall, I'm pleased with the further progress we've made executing our strategy during the first half of this year. We're committed to achieving sustainable growth at GAM. And in the past 6 months, we've achieved some important milestones on this journey.
