The mix General Assembly has been called in agreement with the rules. There was an advise, a notice 11 March 2019, and another notice April 1, 2019, and a letter sent to all the shareholders. On my left, you have a copy of the statutes, the general containing the convocation and a copy sent to the audit statutory order. The provision of sheet certified by the bureau.
