Thank you, operator. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. I am Stephen Scully, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and I call this meeting to order.
Thank you for joining us today. Today's virtual meeting is a live audio webcast. Our Director nominees, executive officers and representatives from our registered public accounting firm, KPMG LLP, are attending this meeting through the webcast.
