Clene Inc. Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome to the 2022 annual stockholders' meeting of Clene Inc. I am Rob Etherington, Chief Executive Officer, President, and a member of the Board of Directors at Clene.
At the direction and [bequest] of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, I will serve as Chair of this meeting in concordance with the bylaws. Thank you for joining us today. We are very excited to be hosting our second annual shareholder meeting.
Consistent with the time, we are holding this virtually, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our stockholders. We, thus, have stockholders attending via the web portal.
An agenda that outlines the order of business for the meeting has been made earlier on our website. We will conduct the business portion of the meeting first, and we plan to answer questions at the end of the meeting.
