Thanks very much. Good evening, everybody, and thank you for dialing into this briefing call regarding the profit warning announcement that we just put out today. My name is Marissa Wong, I'm Director of Investor Relations. I'm accompanied by Chief Financial Officer of CLP Holdings, Nicolas Tissot, and other members of the Investor Relations team.
