Good morning, everybody. It's Zlatko here from Lund. We also have with me Magnus Blixt, our CFO. So we will lead this session. And thank you all for calling in on this short notice. I know we announced this last afternoon. And today was the (inaudible) and we appreciate that you take your time.
And also of course, this is a big day for CellaVision with this merger or acquisition that we are now announcing. And of course, we'll go through that and try to give you the background. And also hopefully, you'll understand why we'd like to do this.
