Codan Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Graeme Barclay, and I'm the Chairman of your company.
We acknowledge that we are meeting on the traditional country of the Kaurna people of the Adelaide Plains, and pay respect to elders past and present. We recognize and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs and relationship with the land.
We acknowledge that they are of continuing importance to the Kaurna people living today. We also extend that respect to other aboriginal language groups and other first nations.
As Chairman of this meeting and on behalf of my fellow directors, I'm pleased to welcome you to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Codan Limited. It's now just after 11:00 a.m. and as a quorum is present, I will declare the meeting open.
