Ladies and gentlemen, depending upon where you are, welcome to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders of Coronado Global Resources Inc., our second AGM as a listed public company. My name is Bill Koeck, and I am your Chairman.
As you know, today's meeting is being held in a virtual meeting format. Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our Annual General Meeting of Stockholders is being held virtually via online webcast using the Lumi online platform. This allows security holders, proxies and guests to participate in a live webcast of the meeting. In addition, security holders and proxies have had the ability to ask questions and submit votes.
