Hello, and welcome to ChoiceOne's 35th Annual Shareholder Meeting. (Operator Instructions) I would now like to introduce the first presenter, Jack Hendon, Chairman of the Board.
Welcome to the Annual Shareholders Meeting for ChoiceOne Financial Services, Incorporated. Thank you for joining us today. We're excited to be hosting an annual meeting virtually, which allows us to reach a greater number of our shareholders.
We will first conduct the business portion of the meeting. Following that, we will present a report on the corporation, and then there will be an opportunity for questions. I am Jack Hendo, Chairman of ChoiceOne Financial Services. With me today is Kelly Potes, CEO of ChoiceOne Financial Services and ChoiceOne Bank; and Mike Burke, President of ChoiceOne Financial Services and ChoiceOne Bank.
