Good morning, everyone, and a warm welcome to our full year results presentation. Great to see a lot of you in the room and many as well, too. As usual, I'm here with Jez, our final appearance on the public stage together after an 8-year partnership. So it's official now though Grant is retiring. His successor -- people think he looks like you, good. -- His successor Louisa Burdett is here -- Couldn't get something else to say, Jez. But his successor, Louisa Burdett, is here today, and hope you get a chance to say hello there afterwards as well. She's looking forward to introducing herself over the coming months and formally taken over in 3 weeks as well.
