Thank you, Paul. Good afternoon, and welcome to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Copper Mountain Corporation. My name is Ed Dowling. I'm Chairman of the company. I will also act as Chair of this meeting, and it is my pleasure to welcome you here today for our second virtual Annual General Meeting.
