Thanks, Tycho. It's always a pleasure to be at JPMorgan, albeit virtually this year. So I would point you to our safe harbor statement, Reg G statement. And of course, we are in a quiet period. So we've had a lot of first and some significant milestones in the company. We worked on more than 80% of the drugs that were approved over the last 3 years. We've doubled the revenue of the company over the last 5. We're working at about a $15 billion market.
