Welcome to the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Cresco Labs Inc. here and after referred to as the Corporation. My name is Thomas Manning, Executive Chairman of the Board. Today, I am acting as Chair of the meeting. As this meeting is held virtually via webcast, it is necessary to set out a few rules for the orderly conduct of the meeting.
