Good morning. Thank you all for coming and welcome to Crombie's 13th Annual Meeting of the Unitholders. This morning's meeting is also being broadcast live by an audio webcast.
My name is Frank Sobey. I'm the unitholder, trustee and Chair of the Board of Crombie REIT and I will chair today's meeting. Also with me to my right are Don Clow, President and CEO; and Glenn Hynes, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer -- I'm getting exhausted. And Secretary. And Glenn Hynes will act as Secretary of today's meeting.
Cindy Harett and Bruno di Genova of AST Trust Canada will be acting as scrutineers for this meeting. Our agenda today, again, is straightforward. First, we'll conduct the formal part of the meeting.
