Thank you, operator. Well, on behalf of the Board of Directors, officers and employees of Capital Southwest, welcome to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I am Bowen Diehl, CEO of Capital Southwest. I will act as Chairman of the meeting, which I will now call to order.
