Costa Group Holdings Ltd Trading Outlook Call Transcript
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for joining myself and our CFO, Linda Kow. And I also thank you for your patience over the last week, while the business has been working on preparing a trading update and for the equity raising. The presentation is now available on the ASX website. It's been listed a short time ago. So apologies. We'll just be waiting for it to come up. Many of you will be able to see that, and I want to talk to it. And we're also happy, of course, to take Q&A at the conclusion of my statement.
I start with an update of our calendar year '19 trading position and the previously foreshadowed challenges played in August at the release of our first half calendar year '19 results. These challenges have continued to crystallize. While in addition, the prolonged extreme dry and hot conditions being experienced in many parts of the country are now impacting fruit sizing and yield in avocados, blueberries and the late-season citrus crop.
