Good morning, and welcome to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Caltex Australia Limited. We would like to begin by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we meet today, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation and pay our respects to elders past and present. My name is Steven Gregg and I have the honor of being your Chairman.
As a result of the proxies I hold as Chairman, we have a quorum present, so I declare this meeting open. I'm disappointed that we are unable to meet with our shareholders personally today as a result of the public health restrictions in place in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, I look forward to having the chance to engage with shareholders face-to-face when we meet next year.
