Thank you very much. I really appreciate you being here late. I know it's the last presentation, so I very much appreciate all of you being here. My name is Joe Dowling, I'm the CEO of CV Sciences.
I actually found out that I was going to be here for sure -- we were a very late registrant, on Saturday. And so we did not have time to update our corporate deck. And so you can see it says corporate discussion rather than corporate deck.
And just thought it was more important to come and actually make some remarks, kind of where we're at as a company. And I'm going to cover, before Q&A, three basic areas with three themes.
First, to summarize: information about our company, little bit on the current CBD market, and category conditions. And also some comments on the regulatory environment. And then we'll break for Q&A and if -- hopefully, there's some good questions. If there isn't, I'll see if I can't prompt some questions.
