Camping World Holdings Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon. I'm Marcus Lemonis, the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Camping World and the Chairman of today's meeting. Very happy to welcome you to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders being held virtually.
Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce you to the other members of the Board and the other officers of the company who are joining us today. The other members of the Board joining us on the annual meeting webcast are Stephen Adams, Andris Baltins, Brian Cassidy, Mary George, Michael Malone, Dillon Schickli and Brent Moody, who is also our President.
In addition, we have Karin Bell, our Chief Financial Officer; and Tamara Ward, our Chief Operating Officer; as well as Matt Wagner, our Executive Vice President. Also present is James Mills of Deloitte & Touche LLP, the company's independent auditor, who is available to respond to appropriate questions via the question-and-answer function on the annual meeting web page.
