At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to Mr. Peter Forde. Please go ahead, sir.
Thank you, and good evening, and welcome to the SmartCentres Q2 2019 Conference Call. I'm Peter Forde, President and CEO of SmartCentres REIT. Joining me on the call today are Mitch Goldhar, our Executive Chairman; Peter Sweeney, Chief Financial Officer; Mauro Pambianchi, Chief Development Officer; Rudy Gobin, EVP, Portfolio Management and Investments.
