Good morning. Welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Cyclacel Pharmaceutical Inc. I'm Chris Henney, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and it's my pleasure to welcome all of you. It is 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 25, 2020. And in accordance with notice of the meeting, I call to order the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals Inc. This Annual Meeting of Stockholders is held pursuant to the bylaws of the company and written notice to all stockholders. We are participating virtually in the meeting this year. We are pleased to hold our annual stockholders' meeting virtually as we aim to increase access and participation, particularly in light of health concern due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This technology also enables us to contain costs. Stockholders may submit questions at any time during this meeting in the space provided in the virtual meeting screen.
