Danone SA Annual Shareholders Meeting (English, French) Transcript
Good afternoon. I would ask you to kindly take your seats both young and old. Thank you for being with us this afternoon. This is a rather special shareholders meeting, we'll come back to it. It's the 100th since the Danone brand was founded in 1999.
I'm pleased to welcome you to this combined shareholders meeting of Danone. I'd like to open the meeting and I will Chair in my capacity as Chairman and CEO. And I will begin by forming the Bureau of the Meeting to act as tellers. I call upon the 2 shareholders with the greatest number of votes in agreeing to accept this function Mr. Jean-Luc Reginster representing Sofina and Mr. Olivier Desnos, representing Amundi. Thank you for accepting the task. I would like to appoint to my left, Laurent Sacchi, Secretary to the Board to act as Meeting Secretary and the statutory auditors of the company were convened or present Madame Jeanne Boillet, and Pierre-Henri Pagnon representing Ernst & Young audit; and Madame Anik Chaumartin, Mr. Fran?ois Jaumain, representing PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit.
