Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. As Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dollarama, and on behalf of my fellow Directors, I welcome you to our 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholders. This year, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to ensure everyone's health and safety and as permitted under the corporation's bylaws, we are holding our Annual Meeting by way of live audio webcast. The online platform allows you to attend the meeting virtually and to cast your votes during the formal portion of the meeting, if you've not already done so. You'll also be able to participate in an online Q&A session for shareholders and proxy holders. The meeting is available either in English or in French.
