Welcome to the Dario presentation. To my right is Rick Anderson, the company's President. Rick, I think there are probably not as familiar with this company as you are with others. So Rick is going to run through some slides, actually, first thing, and just give you an idea of the business. And then after that, we can answer any of your questions.
So with that, Rick, let me turn it over to you and get started.

Just to go through a few of the things in terms of introducing Dario to those of you who have less involvement with the company, we are a leading digital therapeutics company with focus on helping people manage their chronic conditions on one integrated multi-condition platform with the goal of improving their clinical outcomes and lowering the cost for those that are paying it, which would generally be health plans and employers.
