Good morning, everyone. My name is Steve Parry, and I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors of DIRTT Environmental Solutions, and I will act as the Chair for today's meeting. On behalf of DIRTT, I welcome you to DIRTT's 2020 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders.
