Good morning, everybody, and welcome to today's discussion on FBD's annual results for 2018. We're going to go straight into it and then, as usual, we'll take questions towards the end. So I want to start by just pointing out a few highlights. We'll come back to speak about many of them in a bit more detail.
So in the year 2018, we made a full year profit of EUR 50 million before tax and that is a similar number to -- it's a similar number to last year, but it does include an exceptional loss of EUR 12 million following the purchase and cancellation of the convertible bond in October. Our combined operating ratio for the year is 81%. We'll have a quite a bit of a discussion about that later on, so I won't steal John's thunder.
