Like all of you, our Directors are participating online, along with our independent auditors, Deloitte & Touche. In addition, Broadridge Financial Solutions has been appointed to act as an inspector of elections. Jan Castillo from Broadridge is participating and has taken the oath of inspector of elections.
Kodwo Ghartey-Tagoe is our Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Today, he also acts as Secretary of this meeting.
