Dynavax Technologies Corp Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to welcome you to the virtual 2020 Annual Meeting of our Stockholders of Dynavax Technologies Corporation. I'm Ryan Spencer, Chief Executive Officer.
We are holding our 2020 Annual Meeting virtually this year due to the public health risk related to COVID-19. This format ensures the health and safety of all participants. In keeping with the digital approach to this year's meeting, it is now shortly after 9 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on May 28, and this meeting is officially called to order.
We are very pleased to have with us today all members of our Board of Directors, along with Michael Ostrach, our CFO; and Steve Gersten, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In addition, Darcy Lopes of Ernst & Young LLP; and Steven Przesmicki from Cooley LLP, the company's outside counsel, are with us and will be available to respond to appropriate questions.
