Dynex is a timely and interesting investment opportunity with attractive yield, and we believe the upside potential. It's been a public company for over 30 years, and it trades as the symbol DX on the New York Stock Exchange. It also has a preferred stock it trades to. It operates within the mortgage REIT sector and has been investing in residential and commercial markets. The current dividend yield is approximately 12%.
