Hi. Well, welcome, everybody. This is a presentation on Dyadic International, Inc., symbol is DYAI on the Nasdaq and I'm the Founder and CEO of the company. My name Mark Emalfarb.
Forward-looking statement, I'll let you read that for the moment, and then we'll move on to slide number 4.
Dyadic is a very interesting company. It's a platform technology that we've developed over the last four-plus decades. Actually, I founded the company in 1979. We're going to fast forward to the fact that we transitioned from the stone-wash jean industry selling pumice stone, transitioned to selling enzymes when the pumice stones were replaced by the enzymes, became a distributor, then we became a manufacturer of enzymes and the technology we used to develop -- to make enzymes at large scale at very low cost is what we are going to be talking about here.
It's the C1 gene expression platform, and that allows us to take DNA and program these hyper-productive, industrially proven cell line and mass-produce proteins. And
