Thank you very much and thank you all for joining us today for our presentation. Ecora Resources is a very simple story. Fundamentally, Ecora is a royalty and streaming business, and therefore, we provide investors with relatively derisked exposure to the mining sector and primarily to commodities. And, unusually, as Ecora Resources, we also have constructed a portfolio of commodities, which provides investors with exposure to the energy transition thematic.
