Thank you. Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'd like to welcome everybody to our Webex shareholders meeting. I do apologize for not being able to do this live this year, but we all understand with the COVID-19 pandemic that we need to be safe for all our shareholders and for all our executives. So I appreciate you joining us this morning. I'm David Farr. I'm Emerson's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for another 5 days. To my left is Sara Bosco, Senior Vice President and Secretary and General Counsel of the company, who will serve as the secretary of this meeting.
We're holding this meeting right here in our actual board room this year, which is the first time ever. We're pleased to be hosting our virtual meeting, which allows us to reach a large number of our shareholders. I welcome all the shareholders, the guests who are joining us this morning.
