Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for standing by, and welcome to the EnQuest PLC Operations Update. (Operator Instructions) I'd now like to hand over the conference to your speaker today, Amjad Bseisu. Please go ahead, sir.
Thank you very much, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to this exciting presentation this morning.
We will first cover our 2020 results at a high level. We'll then go to the outlook for 2021. Then we'll talk about the opportunity that we announced today, the exciting opportunity of acquiring the Golden Eagle asset from Suncor. We'll then have the chance to ask questions, as noted by my earlier colleague.
Joining me today are Jonathan Swinney, our Chief Financial Officer, who will outline the acquisition financing; and also Martin Mentiply, our Business Development Director, who was a key member of the team who worked on the Golden Eagle acquisition opportunity.
