Enova International Inc at Jefferies Consumer Conference (Virtual) Transcript
Good morning, everybody. Thanks for participating in the virtual consumer finance conference of Jefferies here. We look forward to being back in Nantucket next year. But very pleased to introduce our next participants. With us we have Enova; and specific, we have Steve Cunningham, the CFO of Enova, with us.
We have a Buy rating on Enova. We have a very constructive opinion on the stock. A, we think it trades at a fair value. But more importantly, we point out a couple of things; one, the historical growth has been extremely strong, if you look at the CAGR over several years with respect to earning assets, revenues and earnings. But more importantly, the Company made an acquisition during the early parts of the pandemic, which was really well-timed, to augment its ability -- its platform in small business lending with the acquisition of OnDeck.
And now, if you think about the Company, it's got a very strong balance from a loan balance perspective of small business loans and consumer loans. So it's diversified its revenue streams, but it's also
