Welcome to the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders of Enveric Biosciences, Inc. I would now like to introduce Joseph Tucker, the Chief Executive Officer of Enveric Biosciences, Inc.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Joseph Tucker, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Enveric Biosciences, Inc. I welcome you to the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders.
Let's start by introducing the directors of the company: David Johnson, Executive Chairman of the Board; George Kegler, Director; Sol Mayer, Director; Marcus Schabacker, Director; Douglas Lind, Director; Bevin O'Neil, Director; Frank Pasqualone, Director; and Michael Webb, Director.
I will conduct and act as Chairman of this meeting. Rob Dickey, our Chief Financial Officer, will act as Secretary of the meeting. I hereby call the meeting to order.
