So Ezra, let's start with the first quarter. Capital efficiency looked fantastic. Capital came in below the budget. Can you just talk a little bit about what drove that? And then let's talk about the sustainability of that going forward.
Yes. Yes. That's -- I appreciate you bringing that up. We did. We had an outstanding first quarter. We couldn't more proud of it. And a lot of it's just the continued execution of what we really saw in the back half of '18.
