Good morning, everybody. Thank you so much for joining us this morning. Happy to be here. My name is [Chris Holt], I'm an associate in the health care group at JPMorgan. Today, I have the pleasure of introducing these 2 gentlemen. Juan Jose Chacon Quiros, who's the Founder and CEO of the company; and Raj Denhoy, Chief Financial Officer.
