Thank you, operator, and good afternoon, everyone. I will serve as chair of today's meeting. We're pleased that you could join us today.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while we navigate the ongoing public health considerations associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. We're sensitive to the concerns regarding virtual meetings generally and have designed the procedures of the meeting in a format that will not constrain shareholder access, participation or communication compared to our in-person meeting format.
