So without further ado, I would now like to pass the line to Mr. Andre El-Mann, the CEO of Fibra UNO. Please go ahead, sir.
Thank you, Michael, and thank you, everybody, for joining us in our quarterly call. We are here to present our results of third quarter of 2022. And I am very excited about the extraordinary results that we had in the company for the last quarter.
Before I pass the mic to Jorge to get into the depth of the analysis, I would just like you to know that we have been growing at a very interesting rate. Our income grew almost 12% year-on-year. Our NOI grew almost 10% year-on-year. Our adjusted NOI is 16% up year-on-year and our adjusted FFO up 13% in the same period.
