Okay. Hi, everyone. Welcome to our presentation. You're here to hear FBRT, Franklin BSP Realty Trust. I'm Rich Byrne. I'm the CEO and Chairman of the REIT. With me today is Mike Comparato. Mike is the President. He also runs our entire real estate practice at our firm; and Jerry Baglien. Jerry's our Chief Financial Officer as well as our Chief Operating Officer, both the REIT and our real estate business.
What we thought we'd do is give you a fairly brief concise update. Will assume some of the people here are new to our story. So we'll quickly kind of give you some background and then go right through it. I'll give an overview of our business and our REIT, then I'll turn it over to Jerry. Jerry will give you a financial review. And then to Mike, Mike will talk about our portfolio and maybe some thoughts on the market as well.
